Films should be submitted under one of the following categories…
1) Cinema of the Youth (Open to filmmakers 14 and under to showcase their creative talents. )
• No Entry Fee
2) Life on the Mississippi
3) Uniquely Yours (Celebrate individuality and your creativity!)
4) Marshmallow and a Ruler (How can you incorporate these objects into your 30 second film?)
5) What’s Growing? (Happy Spring and Summer!)


Submission Details

1. Fill out THIS FORM

2. Put your film in the right format.

Technical format:
MPEG-4 File
.mp4 extension
H.264 (Main Profile)
5 Mbps max
24 fps, 29.97 fps, or 30 fps
AAC audio (160 kbps max, 48 kHz, mono or stereo)

Do not put credits in your film. Judges will vote anonymously on winning films.

3. Submit your film and payment by one of the following methods:

Submission Fee: $10/entry
(films submitted without payment will not be considered)
No submission fee for Cinema of the Youth
