Kara has been involved with FRFF since 2022 serving as Volunteer Coordinator and Production Manager. They have a degree in Communication Studies and Theatre from Winona State University and their MFA in Theatre from the University of Idaho. They participate in various community organizations in Winona, including the Advocacy Center of Winona and Theatre du Mississippi. Planning and organizing is something Kara has always had a passion for, and they are excited to be part of the Frozen River Film Festival team.

Hailey has been involved with FRFF for over three years, beginning as a festival intern before stepping into her current role as VIP Services Coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Business with a minor in Jazz Studies from Winona State University. In addition to her work with FRFF, Hailey has been actively involved with other festivals in Winona, MN, including Boats and Bluegrass and Mid West Music Fest.

Dan has been with FRFF for seven years. He served as Interim Director and has had prior experience working in the interim director role, having served as the interim director for the Great River Shakespeare Festival for one season (Munson worked with the Shakespeare Festival for 12 years). Dan is a seasoned stage manager (having worked on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional theaters around the country, including The Kennedy Center), production manager (Los Angeles Theatre Center and Great River Shakespeare Festival), and writer.
